Nvidia officially announces RTX Spark N1X, ships in October

Nvidia's first RTX Spark N1X chips are coming to laptops and desktops in October. You'll get two options: a top-tier chip with 20 CPU cores and a 6,144-core GPU paired with up to 128GB unified memory, or a slightly smaller version for laptops only—18 CPU cores, 5,120 GPU cores, 24 to 32GB memory. First systems from Lenovo and Acer arrive at launch. Pricing's still under wraps.

Why it mattersThis is Nvidia's first big move into Windows Arm PCs, taking on Apple and Qualcomm with hefty AI and gaming hardware. Unified memory here means one large pool for both the processor and graphics, so apps should run smoother—if the battery life holds up.
