Docmail mail platform outage disrupts UK medical communications
Cloud-based mail service Docmail has been offline since September 2, causing widespread disruptions for over 30,000 UK organizations, including the majority of medical practices. Healthcare appointment letters, council mail, and other critical communications are delayed or missed as the outage enters a fifth day. Parent company CFH says the service is ready to be restored, but is waiting for the outcome of an ongoing investigation by external experts.
