Google Gemini overlay adds minimize bubble on Android

Google has started rolling out a minimize button for the Gemini overlay on Android. Now, instead of the chatbot taking over your whole screen, you can shrink it into a little bubble—freeing you up to use other apps while Gemini does its thing. The rollout is underway, but not everyone has it yet. When minimized, you can tap the bubble to bring Gemini back, or drag it to six preset positions.

Why it mattersMultitasking on Android is a lot easier when Gemini isn't hogging your screen, making it less disruptive to use AI assistance alongside other tasks.
